Work with me
The way I work is intentional, grounded, and human-first.
I support people who are navigating real decisions about home, leadership, identity, and what comes next and who want guidance that feels steady, clear, and aligned.
Below are the primary ways we can work together.

Thoughtful support for meaningful transitions
Hudson Valley Buyers & Sellers
Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It is often connected to change—family shifts, new seasons, uncertainty, or opportunity.
As a Hudson Valley real estate advisor, I work with clients who value:
Clear communication
Thoughtful strategy
Honest guidance
A process designed to reduce stress, not add to it
I support:
First-time homebuyers seeking clarity and confidence
Families relocating within or to the Hudson Valley
Homeowners downsizing or right-sizing for a new chapter
Sellers who want strategy, transparency, and advocacy
If you’re looking for pressure, urgency, or hype, I may not be the right fit. If you want a calm, informed guide through a meaningful transition, I’d be happy to connect.

Through The Fluent Phoenix, I work with leaders, professionals, and real estate agents who are navigating growth, burnout, or identity shifts—and want to build lives and businesses that actually fit.
This work is for people who are ready to:
Lead with clarity instead of intensity
Build systems that support real life
Redefine success beyond constant output
Make decisions aligned with their values and capacity
My background includes nearly two decades in education and leadership, eight years as a lead union negotiator, and formal study in humanistic education and neuroscience. That experience shapes how I coach, advise, and support leaders through complex decisions.
Coaching and advisory work is currently offered in limited, intentional formats.
I also work through writing, speaking, and long-form thought leadership focused on:
Leadership in seasons of change
Decision-making under pressure
Sustainable success and alignment
Rebuilding after disruption or burnout
This includes ongoing writing projects and future books exploring leadership frameworks, human-centered metrics, and the inner work of transition.
If you’re interested in:

Thought leadership collaborations

How I work
Across all of my work, you can expect:
Clarity – You’ll understand what’s happening, why, and what comes next
Calm – Decisions don’t need to be rushed to be effective
Integrity – Honest guidance, even when it’s not the easiest answer
Humanity – You are not a transaction, a lead, or a metric
I believe meaningful change happens when inner clarity meets practical action.
