Experience Matters
I'm a Hudson Valley real estate advisor and PhD trained leadership coach with nearly two decades of experience guiding people through complex personal and professional transitions.
Before I ever sold a house, I spent over 18 years; education and leadership were the center of my world. I led classrooms, school teams, and athletic teams through change, conflict, and growth. I spent 9 years guiding roughly 180 families as a senior and specialty move manager, learning how to support people in their most vulnerable and defining moments.
Those years taught me how to listen beneath the surface, communicate clearly, and design systems that support real humans, not just policies or performance metrics.
As my own life evolved: marriage, motherhood, major moves, and career shifts, I became increasingly drawn to the crossroads where everyday life and big decisions collide: home, work, identity, and the stories we tell ourselves about all three. Real estate became a natural extension of that calling.
Helping someone buy or sell a home is never just about square footage; it is about grief and possibility, timing and pressure, and the question, “Who am I becoming next?”
Most agents have one thing that sets them apart. I have five, and it's the combination, not any single piece:
● A PhD in Leadership, with doctoral research on why people trust and follow certain leaders, applied every time a family hands me the biggest decision of their lives.
● 18 years teaching and in school administration, including 8 years as lead union negotiator, before real estate was ever the plan.
● Nine years in senior move management: roughly 180 families guided through major life transitions before I ever held a real estate license.
● An education that is entirely about human performance and leadership: BS in Physical Education, MS in Sports Management, Certificate of Advanced Study in School District Administration, PhD in Leadership.
● I'm building this in public. Not the guru who arrived, the practitioner mid-climb, showing the work.

How I Work
Real estate is a transitions business. The transaction is the smallest part of what's actually happening to the client. I'd rather lose a sale than place someone in the wrong move, that's the whole premise of how I negotiate, how I advise, and what I say no to.
The person behind it
Mother of three sons. Former college athlete, and trail running, which is where the discipline actually comes from, not from a slogan.
